Schwarzkopf BlondMe Premium Developers are designed specifically for the Schwarzkopf BlondMe Premium Lightener 9+. 

How to use: 
Mix with BlondMe Premium Lightener 9+ in a 1:1.5 or 1:2.5 ratio depending on desired consistency. Apply to dry hair.

• 2% (7Vol) for subtle lifts, fragile or sensitised hair, on-scalp applications, or pastel toning.
• 6% (20Vol) for controlled, standard lifting or foiling on healthy hair
• 9% (30Vol) for strong lift on off-scalp applications.
• 12% (40Vol) for maximum lift. Off-scalp applications only.
