How to check product status
Every product displays it's current stock status, so you’ll always know what’s available before adding it to your cart.
To view stock levels:
1. Click on the product you are interested in.
2. The stock indicator appears above the "Add to Cart" button.
Stock Colour Guide:
🟢 Green – Well stocked
🟠 Orange – Low stock
🔴 Red – Out of stock*
*Some items that are Out of Stock are available for back order. We will make the effort to send your backordered stock as soon as it arrives.

Why can't I see pricing?
Pricing is only visible to approved trade customers who are logged into their account. If you already have an account, please make sure you're logged in.
If not, you can apply for an account here.
Where can I find my invoice?
Where can I find my invoice?
Your invoice will be sent directly to the billing email you provided once your order has been dispatched.
You can expect to receive your invoice by the end of the same business day, or the following business day at the latest
Please check your inbox(and your spam/Junk folder, just in case).

If you've had a Trade account with us prior to our website upgrade - good news! Your account is already set up!
To login to your account on desktop:
1. Click the "Profile" icon at the top right corner of the website.
2. Select "Login"
3. Enter the email address associated with your Southern Salon Supplies Trade account.
4. A verification code will be sent to your email
5. Enter the verification code when prompted
6. You're in - welcome back!
To login to your account on mobile:
1. Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top left corner.
2. Select Login.
3. Enter the email linked to your Southern Salon Supplies Trade account.
4. A verification code will be sent to your email

Welcome to the family! Now that your trade account has been approved, you're ready to log in and start shopping.
To login to your account on desktop:
1. Click the "Profile" icon at the top right corner of the website.
2. Select "Login"
3. Enter the email address associated with your Southern Salon Supplies Trade account.
4. A verification code will be sent to your email
5. Enter the verification code when prompted
6. You're in - start browsing and placing orders!

How to view previous orders
To check your order history on Desktop:
1. Click the "Profile" icon at the top right corner of the website.
2. Login if prompted
3. Select "Orders" at the top left hand side of your Account Dashboard to view your previous orders, including order details, status, and totals.
On Mobile:
1. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner.
2. Select Profile / My Account.
3. Log in if prompted.
4. Tap Orders to see your past orders, including details, status, and totals.
NOTE: Only orders placed through the updated website will appear in your account history. If you need details from older orders, contact us on 0800 10 44 10

Why do I need to verify my login?
We ask you to verify your login to ensure that:
1. We’re sending order details and invoices to the correct address
2. You can securely access your account and purchase history
3. We protect your information from unauthorised access
Verifying your email helps us provide better service and keep your account secure.
If you have any trouble with the verification process, feel free to contact us - we’re happy to help!
Please Note: Login verification cannot be disabled.

How do I find my order status?
To track the progress of your order:
1. Log in to your account
Click the "Profile" Icon (top right icon) and enter your email to receive a verification code that you'll then use to log in.
2. Go to your Account Dashboard
After logging in, you'll be taken to your dashboard.
3. Click on "Order History"
You'll see a list of your past orders with details like:
• Order Number
• Date placed
• Order status (e.g. Processing, Shipped, Delivered)
• Tracking link (if available)
TIP: Once your order has been dispatched, you'll also receive an email with your tracking number and courier link.
How do I place and order?
How do I place and order?
To place an order with us, you need to have an approved trade account. Please ensure you are logged in.
1. Browse our products using the search button & categories at the top of the page.
2. Once you've found something you like, use the '+' & '-' buttons to adjust the quantity of items you wish to order and click 'add to cart' from the product page.
3. SAVES AS YOU GO! Your cart saves automatically as you shop. Any quantities you add will be remembered, even if you navigate to other pages or come back later on the same device. No need to start again!
4. When you're ready, click the "bag" icon and select "Checkout"
5. Your shipping information is pre-loaded, if you need to change this
How do I return an item?
How do I return an item?
1. Contact us on 0800 10 44 10 within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. You will need to provide your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
3. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions, including a return label and shipping details (if applicable)
Please note:
• Damages will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

How to order multiple variants of one item at once
We’ve made it simple to order products with multiple variants - like colour tubes and developers - using our Quick Order Lists.
Here’s how it works:
• Use the ‘+’ and ‘–’ buttons to adjust the quantity for each variant.
• The number between the buttons shows how many of that item are currently in your bag.
• Your quantities are automatically saved, so even if you click into a product and come back, your selections will still be there.
It’s the fastest way to fill your bag and keep your colour bar stocked!

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Alternatively, you can:
1. View you Account Dashboard via the Profile icon.
2. Go to your Orders.
3. Click on the order you want to track - your courier tracking link will be listed there.

If you have a discount code, here's how to use it at checkout:
1. Add products to your cart.
Make sure the items are eligible for the promotion.
2. Go to the checkout page.
3. Enter your promo code in the “Discount code” box on the right-hand side (or near the bottom on mobile).
4. Click “Apply.”
Your discount will be applied automatically if valid.
PLEASE NOTE: If you’re part of our Loyalty Club, your discounted pricing is applied directly through your custom catalogue - so your discount will not show at checkout.

There are a few easy ways to find what you're looking for:
1. Use the search bar
At the top of the page, click the "Search" Icon and type in the brand or product you are wanting to find.
2. Browse by Category
Use the navigation bar at the top of the page browse specific categories and brands
3. Filter & Sort
When viewing a category, use filters (e.g. Brand, Product Type, Availability) and sort options (A-Z, Newest, Price) to narrow your search.

Here's what you'll find:
•Shop By By Category
Click on categories like Brands, Profession, Care & Barber to explore subcategories and brands
• Search Bar
Click on the "Search" icon in the top left corner to quickly find products by name, brand, SKU or keywords.
• Account
Click on the "Profile" icon to log in, apply for an acocunt, or view your account dashboard and order history.
• Cart
Click the "Bag" icon to view or edit items before checking out.
TIP: On mobile, tap the "Menu" icon (☰) in the top left corner to access the same navigation options in a dropdown format.
