Refund policy

Our team do their best to get orders out the same day they come in within working hours. Saturday, Urgent and Rural delivery is possible for an extra charge.

We offer a 7 day return policy and will accept goods back due to change of mind within this timeframe. The product must be in perfect, resalable condition and returned to us at your own cost. There is a restocking fee for this per our terms of trade.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us right away so we can make it right.  We can only process claims for damages within 7 calendar days.

If you have ordered furniture and are signing for the order on arrival, please write "Subject to Inspection" on any consignment notes if you suspect damage. Please unpack your furniture on arrival and let us know about any damage within 5 days in order for a claim to be lodged.
