Bond Enforcing Premium Lightener 9+ lightens up to 9 levels, enforces bonds within the hair fibre and provides advanced neutralisation.

How to use: Always mix with BlondMe Premium Developer - flexible mixing ratio of 1:1.5-1:2.5. All techniques 2%/7Vol or 6%/20Vol. Off scalp techniques use 9%/30vol

• Apply to dry hair. (Do not shampoo prior to application.)
• Beginning at the nape area, apply the mixture immediately after preparation onto mid-lengths and ends only.
• For the best lighting results, apply the mixture in fine sections using a generous quantity of product.
• Once the mid-lengths and ends have achieved sufficient lift, apply the mixture to the root area.
• Leave to develop for 20-45 mins.
• Visually check development during processing time.

Additional heat is not required.
