Manic Panic Classic High Voltage® is a semi-permanent/stain hair colour. It will fade gradually with each wash. It is made from vegan ingredients and not tested on animals.

How to use: Apply to freshly shampooed hair. Dry hair first, then apply evenly with a tint brush. Comb through until it becomes frothy. Cover with a plastic cap and leave for 30 minutes. Rinse hair in cool water.

True colours are obtained by bleaching first.
