We accept returns within 7 days for change-of-mind purchases. Items must be in perfect, resalable condition, and return shipping is at your cost. A restocking fee applies, as outlined in our Terms of Trade.

You only need to pay where postage is required. If you are returning an item in one of our locations then you will not need to pay. There is a restocking fee for returns per our terms of trade.

For change-of-mind returns, delivery fees are non-refundable.
If your order was faulty, we’ll cover the return postage and refund your original delivery cost. For any incorrect item(s) sent, please contact us within 7 calendar days.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away so we can make it right. Claims for damages must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. Refund processing times can vary depending on the bank. All refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Yes! If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order. Items must be undamaged/unused, in it's original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping is at your cost. We’ll be happy to assist you with the exchange process.

Yes, you can! You’ll just need to pay the remaining difference.

If you exchange an item for something of lesser value, the difference will be credited to your account.

We will only send your new item(s) once we have received the returned item(s) and confirmed they are in resalable condition. After we have confirmed this, the replacement item(s) will follow our normal delivery timelines.
