We use WindCave to accept a wide range of card and online banking payment methods for Cash Accounts. Credit Trade Accounts have the option to use “20th of the following month” payment terms.

Yes it is. We use a secure domain and do not store any payment information that we process.

Yes, we offer both Cash and Credit Trade Accounts. Cash Accounts must be paid upon ordering. Credit Accounts can choose to pay upfront or place their order on account and use the “20th of the following month” payment terms.

Yes! We run promotions that change each month. We also have a Loyalty Club for Trade customers who meet certain criteria. To learn more, contact your Area Manager or call us on 0800 10 44 10.

Discount codes can be applied at checkout. The area to input the discount code is found near the payment and order summary within checkout.

Yes we do! We offer a Loyalty Club to our Pure Colour customers. If you use pure colour and want to see if you're eligible to join our Loyalty Club, please contact your designated Area Manager or call us on 0800 10 44 10.

Don't worry, your discount is applied automatically across the site and it overrides our normal trade pricing.

What does "20th of following month" mean?
What does "20th of following month" mean?
"20th of following month" refers to our credit account Payment Terms. When you place an order 'On Account' your invoice will automatically be due on the 20th of the following month.
