Shipping & Returns
We do our best to ship your order the same day we receive it, and have warehouses in both the North and South Islands working from 8.30AM to 5PM weekdays.
Saturday, Urgent and Rural delivery is possible for an additional charge.
We have a 7 day return policy where you are welcome to return your goods due to change of mind. The product must be in perfect, resalable condition and returned to us at your own cost. There is a restocking fee for this per our terms of trade.
Goods damaged in transit must be reported to us immediately because we only have 7 calendar days to make a claim. If your claim falls outside of this we cannot guarantee a solution. Call 0800 10 44 10 as soon as you see damaged packaging. We also recommend writing "Subject to Inspection" on any consignment notes if you suspect damage.
Furniture deliveries must be checked on arrival and any damage reported to us within 5 days in order for a claim to be lodged.
